For repairs during work hours (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday), please call: 1800 592 333


This will go to our Responsive Repairs team members Mick & Matt. They are well trained and experienced in all things maintenance and can talk to you about your repairs, big or small.


For repairs outside these hours please call: 1300 662 721 – our Emergency Out of Hours Repairs service.

This is a 24 hour service.

Once you have submitted your request, you will be contacted by a Homes North representative who will advise you of the timeframe allocated to complete the work.
